Mr Dibyojyoti was really good. He helped in every possible way to make the buying experience very smooth and seamless. The service centre guy was also really helpful and he did help with some fit n finish adjustments after the showroom was closed because the next morning I had to travel back to banglore. It was an overall great experience and most recommended tata showroom to check in bbsr.

I have a very good experience with Trupti Tata Motors fire station branch showroom from booking to delivery. Miss Ankita is very cooperative and informative. I bought my nexon from this showroom. The sales executive Ms Asma was very helpful in every step of booking to delivery. Had it not been loss of price protection by tata, i would have been cent percent happy. But still i am completely satisfied with their behaviour and service. After getting my car, my door malfunctioned within a day. So i called them up and she was quick to refer me to Mr imran, workshop manager. He himself came to my place with him team and replaced the faulty part. Mind you, my place is 300 km from bhubaneswar. His whole team was very helpful. Earlier i was not sure of sales and service of tata. But now after meeting these wonderful persons, Ms Asma and Mr Imran ,i am now quite confident and proud to own a tata.

Today became the first happy customer of Adventure persona. To Tell the truth the experience was a bit affected by this lockdown as it took a lot of time for the registration. But the experience with Trupti motors and specially with Mr Debasis was perfect. Starting from Booking ,test drive and today’s delivery at home, they took care of all the stuff without much follow up. Highly recommend Trupti if you are going for Tata car.

Very good behaviour of the staffs. Very professional. I booked Punch. But, due to unavoidable circumstances, I had to cancel the booking. And there was no issue in refund process.. Satya was the salesperson for me. He is very professional and well behaved..

Trupti Motors is by far the worst customer service I have experienced, and not just in car retail. We paid the booking price for a tata nexon back in august. They promptly mentioned that the delivery will happen in 3 months during multiple follow ups between September and December. It’s mid Jan and there is no delivery, nor a concrete timeline of when they can deliver the vehicle. We have visited the store twice so far where we waited for over 30 mins before getting to talk to their store manager. Since then I have called their store manager multiple times and he does not respond. I love the Tata brand, and it was my first company out of college. It’s a shame that a brand like Tata is associated with a company like Trupti Motors. Such a disgrace.
