I am Pravin Umraniya. had purchased Honda Amaze on 22/10/2020. Finished all three services last year. I went today Thursday 13/10/2022 after talking with Rekha Madam , taking appointment by 10 a.m. I reached 9.45. to avoid late. She came n told someone will attend me. After some time one coordinater ask me to come n meet service advisor..when I went there, that person attend some other client , who just came.. it's not right thing..I am very very disappoint with Service department / service advisor..I am senior citizen... drive all the way Ghatkopar to Bhandup workshop...if any responsible person reading this from Arya Honda, please see that you will loose your costomer one by one.. after sales, service is very important to maintain relationships with Good costomers..I will Never ever go back to Arya Honda Bhandup...I will share my today's experience with Hona company too... very very Bad experience...

Good experience while buying the car. The service center is okay but the worst part is they keep calling if service is due even I if tell them that I will do it later

It was a very good experience.. Ajinkya was extremely patient and explained all very well. How one deals with a new buyer and to top it a senior citizen is a true test of salesmanship.. he passed with flying colours.. We are glad we had him to guide us. All in all we are v happy with the service.

Pathetic service, they took one week to tell me that i will have to claim my insurance on my own (at the beginning they said they will take care of everything). After more than 2 weeks when i got my car the painting work that was done was completely sub standard and cheap, there were painting marks through out the car and infact a whole in my bumper
