We had a really pleasant experience with Team VIVA Honda, especially Jamil Bhai & Archana during the purchase of our new Honda City 5th Gen. Right from Day 1, they were very professional, met the timelines & ensured that all our requests were server at highest priority. It’s not just about a deal of money, it’s a healthy long term relationship which you expect to build when you purchase a big asset and we’re more than happy with the seamless experience, behaviour and support of entire team! Horrible experience right from the start. Wonder why we continued with Honda. Considering it is a prestigious brand we thought one or two hiccups are ok. But no. Our horrible experience with Honda continues. We didn't get the car on the date we wanted. Inspite of that we gave a good rating. The car branding was missed both by Viva Honda sales team & the service centre team. The car accessories are horrible. The mats stink during monsoon.
Nobody calls for the free service of your car. Customers have to remind them. When car goes for service the technicians don't know if your car has left the service centre or no. I was told my car has left. After 2 hours the technician calls to say that sorry your car is still here. I thought your car had left our service centre. When u speak to the Manager he says sorry there were 2 cars from the same area so we were confused. Car is not checked properly. The sales team at Viva Honda wash their hands off any responsibility inspite of them assuring me there will be no more hiccups during my car service. Hence I didn't change my good ratings with them. They were begging for a good rating during the time of delivery. Staff who coordinate for the appointment do not know how to address a customer. Now the Manager at Viva Honda Santacruz doesn't even respond to my messages. Overall it's was a bad decision to go for A HONDA car especially from VIVA HONDA SANTACRUZ.
The one star given for this review is only coz it's mandatory. Viva HONDA don't deserve any stars. My advise is to surely check other brands before going to Honda.

Viva Honda team really made it smooth and unforgettable experience for me , special mention to Dilshad and raj for clearing all my doubts and helping me with everything I wanted to know about vehicle .
