Very bad experience waiting still for the car very unprofessional employee first time buying tata horrible experience

Thank U Wasan motors. I booked tata punch accomplished variant on my wife birthday on 16th July 2022 and at the time of booking I was told its waiting period for 3 months. But by july end my car was alloted on the day of janmashtami i got the delivery. Interms of service their is scope of improvement because after payment of my car I had follow up for each and evrything. My sales executive Mr Rohit who left the job in middle of the deal his team leader Mr Gautam, had handle my work process everything and he was very polite and helpful. So thank u wasan motors keep it up

It was a very good experience. We went to reception, one ma'am took details and directed is to Mr Vishal Patel.
We hadn't finalised a car. We gave him our budget and requirements for car. He showed us all options of cars. Petrol, cng and even electric when he knew that it was out of budget and we would mostly be not buying it. We went for an immediate test drive and he agreed without any hesitation and prior appointment. Gave us pros and cons of all cars. Very honest opinion, didn't try to oversell with all features. Thank you.

Just delivering the vehicle you paid for is not the good service, it's all about after sales service & in that case they are literally worst than poor, they respond so quickly when you are buying something but worst when u are struggling for refund, i cancelled my booking 2 months ago, and was cordinating for my refund with sales employee kejal and senior team member Mr.Aniket but still i haven't received my refund. Was not expecting such a bad service from tata franchisee.

Wason motors Borivali had assured us Tata Nexon automatic will be given to us in 3 months, it's already been more than 4 months but have not received any update from them . ... everytime we ask the same reply we get the car has not been allotted. We have to follow up from you guys everytime.. there are no proper updates given from your end. Every week we are given next week timelines.. Pathetic service.. i would recommend to book your car at Malad Tata Motors... They have very prompt service... Much better than what we get in this showroom

Initial experience with Wasan Motors Borivali branch was ok but the delivery part was not at all up to the mark.
Below are the top issues,
1)I had booked additional service of antirust coating. They really messed that up. Coating was applied on places like plastic pipes; battery stickers etc. could not even read the part name / bar code etc. When I opened the bonnet, I was shocked to see such poor quality of work. Surely an area to improve for Wasan Motors. Worst part is, none of the staff was courteous enough to accept it and fix it. Rather they went in argument mode.
2) I was promised for a Teflon coating whereas I received my car in dusty condition and rough surface. A blind person can also say coating was either not applied or it was poor quality. When I asked, the answer was since we are just opposite to highway it is bit obvious to get dust so we cannot help much. Can we not put a car cover in that case and just take it off 15 mints before of delivery?
3)There was a small scratch at let side of my car; I also did not observe that during PDI as other things were messed up. Now, it is not worth fighting on this point.
Overall, Tata cars as a product is just awesome but distributor like Wasan Motors are not keeping that awesomeness of product intact during delivery.
A long run way to improve Wasan Motors. Please do not take advantage of not having enough distributors in Borivali area. You are a Tata distributor; people buy Tata cars wholeheartedly and with “Vocal for Local” mind-set please do not ruin it.

Got delivery of my car in July 2022. It has been 7 months, but I haven't received the duplicate keys yet. Wasan motors sales team promised that they will provide the key within first 3 months. However, even after several follow ups, there is no concrete response from their sales team, they just blame it on Tata motors.

Very bad experience !!

Before the delivery the celebration was amazing at the showroom.
Nice Pooja and even they give small bappa for car.
