Girnar Honda

Girnar Honda have very poor service.
When i took the delivery the front windshild was cracked, they told me that it was cracked before.
When i gave my car for service the service manager didn't mentioned any fault on windshid.
They told me that they will ckeck camera recording and will inform. But i didn't get any response from them.

This is the worst showroom for servicing no perfect staff no proper attendant. All spares not available. Rating for servicing only not for sale. Water service also not good according to honda specification . No proper management. I will recommend not to do service here.

This was my first visit to Honda Showroom Service Centre Akola. The service station staff was very pleasing and helpful to resolve the car issue. Thanks to Mr Anup, Mr Umesh Shinde and team for the support and help.

I had purchased a amaze car in 2021 from this showroom... Very happy with the service post sales as well... Specially manager Mr Wasim Shaikh Sir is very attentive and cooperative in nature... Happy with the services.. thanks Honda🙂

This Showroom and their service is pathetic.. There is no proper attendant.. Service advisor is very rude and behaves like he is the owner of honda company.. totally dissatisfied..
Their behaviour is also bad..They should learn from Ford service centers how to treat customers because afterall customer is the king
When we raise our issues to them they can't be able to solve problem..ans say" Ye toh aisa hi hai,sab honda ki gaadiyo me same problem hai"
Except 1-2 Technicians other doesn't have enough knowledge..Also Parts are not available to them.. car washing is very bad
Their main branch showroom is in amravati and they literally drives brand new cars from amravati to akola by road and then delivers to owner..They should transport new cars by trucks but they r driving new cars by road
Their is need of serious improvement
This Showroom is full of fraudsters..Once you complaint against them they will take revenge by not helping customer.. There is also issue in Insurance claim..

Good service. Although they are slow.
Genuine CVT transmission oil is available here. So it's the only place for your CVT automatic car. Don't risk your cvt gearbox by servicing it at other places

Awesome service in Akola since the day Mr. Waseem Shaik had taken the charge of the Akola branch of Honda.... nice and trustworthy .
