NEXA (Pagariya Auto, Aurangabad, Seven Hills)

Very Bad post sale service-
I've purchased car in February, till now after repeated calls/reminders to show room not received back extra ammount paid, exchange bonus and corporate bonus which was promised. They are not fulfilling any commitments.

I contacted to sales executive and to Team leader multiple times, got just promise.

Even called to GM of showroom, it was promised that he will look into matter and get back, but no response even from him.

Fake commitments by the upper level team, take everything in writing, changes statements later, do not repay the commited amount.
I still have a huge amount pending with Pagariya Auto, upper level management now doesn't respond to the calls nor replies for the pending payments.
Be Aware.

I could have given zero star rating if there was any option! Such a nasty and bad customer experience with this showroom. Went 3 times to this showroom but they were not able to provide test drive for Grand Vitara! Looks like they feel that any one will buy Maruti Nexa products with whatever experience we face, now I have dropped the idea to purchase any car of Maruti from this showroom! Maruti should shutdown this if dealers are not able to arrange test drive!

Scammers, they don't pay the people who have worked hard.
Owner and the managers are not trustworthy, just hide behind eachothers. Fraud people.

Not trustworthy people, believe on karna.
Managers and the management is really worst and frustrate people who earns their hard money.

A leading car brand showroom in Aurangabad designed beautifully & has great customer service

So far we received the treatment from staff was quiet good.They talked us poliety and solved our confusions also.Showroom is well maintained and quiet luxurious also.Baught baleno from here was quiet good and not having any problems so far till now.

Best dealer of Maruti Suzuki Nexa cars.
