Over all not a pleaent experience with such a old Tata show room which is a showroom from almost 3 decades now

When it's Sunday mostly people visit the showroom to check the cars as it's holiday for all. If it's a holiday for the showroom instruct the guard to tel the people it's Sunday and show room is closed today.
The guard let us in as The show room was open but there were no one to represent and show us the cars.
All cars were dusty like no one has touched the cars for days.
Who ever employs were available in the Show room were not attentive to the customer. After asking they were like surprised to see a customer on Sunday and told us it's a holiday today as it's Sunday.

Service department is very worst.
Sale team are very cooperative but service department not understand the problem.
Appointment call also not responding properly.
I faced the Clutch plate, gear shifting issues, brake problem from last 7 month then later on 2 services had been done but problem not solved
Service team simply said this is the mfg. Issues not in our hand.
Very poor services.
Do not go for servicing.

Pramod Gangurde Sir helped me choose the right variant of Nexon and immediately took me to a long test drive. Explained all the new features in detail.

EMI options with all the banks are made available.

Also, best rates were given by the Showroom for buy-back of existing old car.

Surely a 5 star experience.

Five stars for sales executive. And back office service team not even deserve one star and bcz of which tata name is getting spoiled. I had purchased car from this showroom and gone thought with very harsh after service experience. I would request each and ever individual please consider all service aspect before purchasing any tata car.or choose better showrrom.

Was skeptical looking to reviews. But my service experience was pleasant. I had an issue with my AC, which was taken care of. Car was cleaned well.
The parts that Tata had to change were informed and changed free of charge.
There is nothing to complain about.

It was nice experience with Sterling Motors. We were offered cake at the time of delivery too. Overall the service could be better. We had to tell them to clean the car at the time of delivery &then only they cleaned the car . I must say that tata needs to improve the professionality of their service centres.
