Morris Garages strikes out in Indian market with their brand new Hector. This is fairly new showroom and only offers at this time of writing review the only car that this company offers in India. This showroom has everything you need! It has Accessories Showcase, along with its own Cafe called as Cafe MG. The staffs over here are very cooperative. They will guide you through every process. If you need to book a car, first contact them if bookings are opened or not. Otherwise this showroom is excellent and I will highly recommend you to visit this showroom!

Bad experience with my MG hector which was there for Accidental repair. The dealership took too many days (45 days) to deliver a simple rear-ended vehicle. The dashboard was found in scratched condition during the test run which was also brought to notice of SA. I have also found that the flap on the woofer section is missing and my sun shades were spoiled with paint putty which were in mint condition earlier . On careful examining the interior, I found that entire car is filled with dust as they kept the windows open in the body shop (as per SA).
Since I have never faced such service (quality) issues in other MG service center (Pune & Nagpur), I am compelled to give this feedback so this service center can improve too. Wishing them the best!

Pathetic service even no one care about customer including genaral manager also . In single word World 3rd class service centre and showroom centre. Don't buy car even Don't service car here fake people

i went to this mg dealership for enquiry of Astor
The sales executive told that the base model has a waiting period of 1.5-2 years
And he was convencing to buy the top varient and told it will be delivered in 2months
They know that the base model is so VFM and no one is buying the top varient
And they want more sales of top varient
They are not interested in selling base varient and want to close the production of base varient.
Just wants costumer to buy top varient
Its very disappointing MG should Improve this type of dealerships

I booked Mg Hector Sharp on 2nd September and delar promise me that they would deliver the car in diwali but they couldn't deliver it.

I visited the showroom on 8th of November and manager told me that we got the allocation today from company and we will try to deliver the car in 3rd week(15-20Nov) because your car is in making.

Today is 26th Nov, I'm still waiting for the car and chasing them. Actually the car has not dispatch from the company so it is impossible to get the delivery in this month.

I've a written proofs from MG Aurangabad that they will deliver the car in this month. Now they are saying dispatch will happen in end of the month and we will give you car in 1 st week of December which is not acceptable at all.

They deliver few cars last week which was booked in September with me. Not sure why they are not receiving only my car from company.

My 2 questions to MG Aurangabad Showroom:

1. As you said allocation is done on 8th of Nov then how come you are not getting any updates from company? Does it mean my car is in making since 8th of Nov(15+days)? Are you manufacturing a car or a Container?

2. MG Showroom said your matter is already been escalated then why did you delivery cars which was booked in same batch.

I'm getting poor service from the showroom and they do not have any sensible answer for this matter. I'm tired of hearing "semiconductor issues", "car is in allocation" excuses.

I raised a complaint with PlusHub but no conclusion till now. I would not recommend this showroom to anyone for sure.
