Visited the showroom today for XUV300. Receptionist and Sales executives were too busy in chitchatting. So, I was attended after quite some time. Then when it came to showing the car, sales executive didn't even bother to open the car, forget about explaining anything. I can't trust these guys for the further business, when they don't know how to ensure the first step right. Mahindra has just lost a potential customer. It's not enough to produce a good product in today's era, what is equal important is to know how to sale.
