This is the most unreliable Tata Motors Cars Showroom - Max Motors car service I have ever used.
I booked over call and confirmed three times including an hour.
15 minutes before he was suppose to be picked up they did not pickup car.
Service center staff is not professional seemed to be rude to staff, they will not respond to your call.
Manger also not respond to your complaint's

TATA car showroom. I visited here to get a delivery of New Nexon of my friend. The showroom is compact not too much space available due to multiple car parked. There are multiple car showroom in a row so no space is available for the parking your vehicle if you visit.

Excellent dealership. Very nice customer service. Mr. Samuel really worked hard to get my car early despite long waiting at other dealerships & I actually got my Nexon EV within 12 days & probably would have got it earlier if I didn’t want the delivery on a specific day.

It's one year I bought the car from here, I thought they might have changed but they are getting worst day by day.

I have send my car for third service and after service there was a scratch on the car and the car was not washed. after begging for the appointment and speaking directly with one of the senior they picked up my car kept for 8hrs and returned it without washing. I send photos of the car and they said there was only one person working so they had done nothing to the car.

After complaining my car was picked up again and I get the car washed attaching the pics how they have done it.

I hope I won't need to contact Max Motors in future for any kind of work.

I won't recommend Max motors to any of my dear ones. Max / Kamu motors not recommended.

The staff is polite and gentle with their clients. The staff gives an proper guidance about the car you are going for, all about its features and details. Mr. Rohit at tata motors in ambad will give you a proper tour of the car and will advice to go for which car accordingly. I took the delivery of the safari gold edition and the staff gave it on time. Regarding the quality of tata safari, I took a long tour of about 8000 km from nashik to Kanyakumari, rishikesh, delhi ,Punjab and Chandigarh in 1 month. The car did not have any kind of problem and ran fine, pretty comfortable and bold. Seat coolers work fine and are affective.
