Mechanics is good but service advisor is not so Helpful...Not satisfied😪..

Good service center for maruti suzuki cars and also technicians are expert in their work. Staff is also very helpful. All the genuine parts and accessories are used for the car.

We were traveling to Mumbai and unfortunately had oil leakage in our car which would have made impossible for us to complete our journey. My daughter was unwell and it was essential for us to reach back home in time so as to reach is time for Doctor's appointment. We checked into this service station and explained our predicament. The staff at the centre was utmost gracious and though being a rush-day, checked our car urgently, did the minor repair necessary and didn't even charge money!! Very helpful people.

I have no confidence that the quality of the work is good enough to drive the car on the road.

Every time I told them about the unfinished work first they lied and came up with different excuses and later they changed their statement by saying they forgot to do it.

I feel cheated and unsafe to drive this car back home, as I have zero confidence in the quality of the work.

Your tagline “Count on Us” is definitely not followed by your very own service centre. This can't be a “Way of Life” as it is unsafe and full of a casual approach. Customers like me are getting cheated by service centres with poor quality of work, incomplete tasks, casual attitude and unsafe practices.

Now I want an assurance from the Maruti car as maruti authorized service centre is the part of Maruti. Now I want a confirmation from a Maruti car authorized service centre that the car should be get repaired properly. There should not be any problem related to stability, safety and I can rely on the car after getting it repaired from the Maruti authorized service centre SIMRAN MOTORS Pvt. Ltd situated in Alibaug (District: Raigad, Maharashtra, Pin Code: 402201) that this car will give full security to me and my family.
