Their car servicing is not good. They don't handle the car with care. The car was dusty and scratched and the black design everywhere had shades of white. Very hurried service. When I shared these pictures they took back the car and just made it worse if not the same. My husband and I were very interested in buying the new tata punch. The salesman failed to show us in detail every function of the car. Their cars don't have any bottom protection under the engine in the bonnet therefore making it vulnerable to mice and their menace of getting into the bonnet. Even while handing over the car he was very indifferent and took his own time to drink chai with his buddies before attending to us. After handing over the car he showed us how to manage functions of car and he didn't even know how to close the bonnet properly until we went for our first service after two months where the manager did it for us. The place doesn't offer a proper car driving test as the roads there are horrible. Please visit a better store for enquiries.

Worst experience at a service centre.
The staff is extremely rude. I couldn’t understand if i was standing in aTata Motors service centre or a government office
They gave an appointment at 12. Made us wait outside the gates for 20 minutes, then asked us to leave as it was too busy.
The staff at reception told us in no uncertain terms that they are very busy and even if we leave then it is no loss to them.
I haven’t been insulted like this by so called care professionals ever in my life.
So do visit if you wish to be served a big dish of cold attitudes with snide remarks on the side

There is no value for customers time. This has been my experience both times I gave my vehicle for servicing.

First time, I was kept waiting for more than 1 hour to collect my vehicle.

Second time, I had booked the service for 12 noon. They called one day back and asked me to come early, by 11:00am so that there would be no delay. I have been waiting for around 2 hours since 11:15 to give my car, but no update yet.

First service done was ok. I don't have complaints regarding that, but management of time is something that this service centre needs to work upon.

Update: After escalating the issue, they assured me of working upon the issue. Hence, changing my review to 4/5.

It has been a great Experience. Thanks to Dheeraj Pandey, he was kind enough to get us a Good deal and Early Delivery of our Car. We were in touch with him Since September, the whole process was Super quick. Thanks Fortune Motors for this, I hope we get the same service in Post sales at your place.

Good service centre, very nice and polite staff working really well under high pressure. One suggestion that can be looked upon by the CEO - for senior citizens I think they need extra attention and at times I saw them lost and did not know who to approach or get status of their vehicle. Another suggestion is the Television display in the waiting area goes of and on. Keep up the great work. Thank you

I would start with the showroom experience!! We went on 27th to book a TATA car and we like Tigor! Tata cars are known for its reliability and good build quality!! We had a very good experience with the sales guy who explained us as to what all is going to come with the top end petrol package. While walking towards their service yard, we noticed a lot of crashed cars which proved that how safe TATA cars are as only the engine bay of the cars were smashed but the cabin was intact with airbags out😳
Car was available with 4 days which was quiet a surprise 😅
We opted for delivery on Makar Sankranti. Lots of cars got delivered that day!! People were waiting patiently for their turn to get the pooja and curtain revealing 😀

A very great experience. Read a few negative comments online, however i didn't experience any of these. I'd gone to book a new car wherein i was attended by Mr Rohit More. A very polite and professional sales person who explained all the variant available and the differences between them. Got a very good deal. Awaiting delivery. I'll Share my delivery experience too.

Worst ! I brother my new safari scratched in parking. I went for first service where I reported three issues, infotainment shut down, wiper adjustment , wireless charger not working. Not a single problem is resolved.
Further I got surprised when I got a washed car in evening with a bill of 600+ without solving any issue. I also got answer that they could not check wireless charger issue as they don't have a phone where wireless charging is available.
I waited for 2 hours for just meeting advisor.

Tata Motors team , review this and look on improvements.
