Kia cars on display, they were quick to set up the appointment for a test drive, but when we reached there, it took a lot of time to actually test they car. Staff is good and helpful and quick to resolve your queries. Can get a bit crowded. Overall a good experience

I paid 25k and booked the Kia Carens diesel MT top variant, after a few days I wanted to change my booking to a AT vehicle. I told the showroom executive about this and he said that it can be done later as well so I waited. By the 1st week of April he said that if we change the booking then we'll have to pay 1 lakh rupees more than the of price of the AT variant as the price of the car have increased. He should've changed the booking a month before when I first met him and told him. In the end I had to purchase the MT one. On a different note I also purchased all the accessories for which you have to pay separately. I paid 19k for that and only got 9k worth accessories at the time of pick up. They didn't give floor mats which was the most important. For 3 weeks I had to drive the car without mats. Hated the service. Would not recommend.

Got my Seltos from this place and should mention that it was a wonderful experience right from the first visit for test drive till the delivery.
Was coordinating with Poonam and always felt comfortable, she guided well and understood what type of vehicle I was looking for.

Only thing that you need to be aware for this place is that, don't drive to the showroom as they don't have parking. Very high tendency to get a parking ticket 😅

Go to the counter first. Give your phone number. You'll get an OTP. Give them OTP. Enter name & number in a register & sign. Only then are you allowed to move forward. Makes u feel ure entering a restricted area. Why?
After the entry formalities are completed, wait for some Sales Rep to be free. Even if theres only 1 other customer besides you.
