Amazing service by Himalaya cars. All execitive are very polite and extremely helpful. Accessories prices are bit costly but rest is ok because you can purchase Accessories online or from Nagpur showroom.

When I went to collect my newly purchased Vitara Brezza Lxi. To my shock the rear door of the vehicle had a dent with white color on it(most probably someone might have opened the door against the door). This is not the worst part, when asked about the dent the executives took it lightly and told me that it's a small dent and I should not bother much about it. Imagine spending 9 lakhs of hard earned money and hearing such words. Also, they told me to take the vehicle and they will repair the vehicle "later", as the showroom was busy due to diwali rush. I tried arguing with the Manager but he told me that they will "try" to fix the car without giving any assurance and we will have to carry the car even if it is in damaged condition as the vehicle was registered in our name. Guys, If you are reading this, "DON'T BUY ANY VEHICLE FROM THIS SHOWROOM", you will only get frustrated with shabby service and attitude of people working here. Consider getting your vehicle from either Amravati or Nagpur, it will be a somewhat difficult for you but it will save lots of headache with this Yavatmal's showrrom.

This is only showroom in entire district and with too much of working load
Service staff at showroom is rude and unprofessional.
I would like to share such incident recently happened
I went to service my car and one of service person (named Mr Satish) behaved rudely and also he tried to threatened further
Further more we complaint about him to Maruti customer service,till now any disciplinary action is not taken against employee.
Such behaviour is condemned and maruti must in coordination with local management such take action.

No service in himalaya cars no value of customer upto vehicle sale after tha you have no option no service nothing value of customer or customer time. Very bad car service in himalaya cars after washing need to clean windshield clean by you because of washing person do derty of your cleaned windshield because of not trained staff lack of knowledge not clean proper or not greasing on doors handle or other places every time I remind for do properly clean windshield but they not.

employee working at service center are too arrogant don't know how treat their customers don't have respect towards them , to be named as reputed company in indian market they even don't have common sense of professionalism. This is the worst experience i ever experienced in any showroom/service center I visited.
