I bought my car from MG Indore showroom and it was a very bad experience. They give me different insurance policy instead of what is there in the deal, and after that the excuse was like we adjusted your bargaining price in the insurance policy. It was not previously informed. My original deal of insurance policy was worth Rs.77k and they give a different policy worth Rs.60k. There are more such minute things because they don't stick on their words after you purchase the car.

Overall Experience have been good so far.. Since a month of buying my Car... Believe it remains the same throughout

Pathetic people ,pathetic service ,if I could rate them in negative number then i would go for -10. Before booking and payment they will talk very softly later they will turn around 360 degree.

Very bad customer Service. Multiple time false promise for delivery a car by their sales person. Tribble experience
