Gr8 experience at the RMJ MS arena. The place is located on main road although the entry is bit shabby bt arena was well maintained. The staff was courteous & friendly. The RM was also good & well informed.

Pathethic service, I called them for pick up my vehicle for service,their mechanic came and take photos and even record videos before taking it for service . Bill that was cost is around 10k,after service of my vehicle dashboard lights start blinking, when contacted got reply that your parking area might have mouse and they bite some wire, you have to again send it workshop, next day again mechanic came and take the vehicle for error rectification. When in evening my car came although the dashboard blinking lights were corrected but my both charging port now stop working,,
When again contacted them they replied that as per them every thing is ok,
I was fed up with every day taking my vehicle to service centre as I was posted in sehore and up down everyday and can't spare 3 days without my vehicle,

This was my experience with rajroop motors, j. K road in 2021,in feedback calls received from them I mentioned this and replied was " NOW THE STAFF IS CHANGED AND YOU DONT EXPERIENCE THIS PROBLEM".
even spending 9-10k , this is the quality of service they provide..

Maruti # service# centre# bhopal , location Jk road # very good service , they are trying best to deliver good service but overloaded with work # number of car services per day, ( cleaning of my car was best from there end and service too.( First car service experience) ,
Second car service was not up to the mark. now time for the third free service let's see.
