Good service centre. Excellent service and dealing. GM is very cooperative.

Worst service , poor adviser, charging for random items. Adviser was not even sure what are all things checked in car on first routine service. Took 3 hours to wash the car in the name of first service.
Workshop manager with pathetic customer handling skills , he is there to fight with customers. He has no skills for his job.
I would recommend try bhopal showrooms for service and repair unless very urgent.

Visiting here was worst experience for me , it would be good if i had delayed service .

This is the worst service centre in Hoshangabad, people are there to loot you , there public relation people are most useless and they never even bother to revert when the problem are put up .
The kept me waiting for one month for fule pump and looted from me for spark plug and oil filter once again , which was weel replaced two month back .
They are a bunch of fraud in providing services .
After the complete car services made , in the evening the airconditioner was not cooling . Which was perfect before the car was provided for service.
I had to spend ₹2000 at Bhopal for refilling the gas , as the mechanic there confirmed that the Areana work shop people have the tendency of puncturing the gas , so that the customer goes back to them , and the keep on extracting the money from them .
Had a terrible experience in servicing my Baleno.

Most popular and 1st very good looking showroom in Hoshangabad district.

wrost service Think 4 times before buying a car, I got a damaged and painted back bumper car and After sale the team Behaviour like ap muje paise nahi diye company ko diye ho me apka nokar nahi @GM Behaviour not good after sale

Think twice before you visit their service center. Even the basic service like car washing is not done here properly. I had my 2nd free service to be done for my baleno car. I visited the service center @ 11a.m and they took 7 hours to just wash my car and too very unprofessionally. Please think twice before you waste your time and money here. I would prefer going to bhopal or some other nearby city for authorized maruti service.Very much disappointing.

Worest service by maruti suzuki hoshangabad...

After road accident on 10th March 2021, my car was taken by me to the nearest hoshangabad showroom on the same day and all necessary documents were given on next day. But till date my car is not received yet. I have visited the workshop several times and every time company assistant give me a new date after 2-4 days and today his behaviour was very rudely. I will never want to visit again that workshop.
I would recommend try bhopal showrooms for service and repair.
