Worst experience very poor customer handling they even dont know how to welcome a person.Inappropriate answers for the availbilty of models of cars.Hospitality service is zero they even ask you for a glass of water.

I visited the showroom just now.today.
Felt insulting.Nobody was bothered about to attend a customer in a show room of an International car brand. .I was shocked to recieve the ultimate carelessness in attending a customer as well
.No body told me the information regarding a new 7 seater SUV. Every sales person was busy talking on their cell phone,another sitting in a cabin bearing a badge of company told me that everybody is busy nobody is there to attend me.This gives me a negative impact about the brand.I never thought the person's deputed to take care of the brand will even crossed the border of carelessness and rudeness.
Never suggest to visit this show room.

I find sales people very unprofessional, they act like they are not even interested im the customer and do not wish to sell their cars.

This is my 4th visit today for renault tribber and they gave me excuse and did not give me a test drive.

Not expected from a brand like renault

Renault Showroom in Hoshangabad Road Bhopal

Just now called and talked to miss Sheetal, according to her they don't provide test drive service, they don't have demo to show.
You can just give her booking amount without checking or knowing anything 😅 WOW
Very bad response and communication skills.

Situated in main Hosangabad road infront of aashima Mall, it is a prime location, easily notice in normal traffic, public transport easily available here,

The service center has shut down you will have to travel to another end of bhopal for servicing, also i had more idea about the car than sales person available thr
