What an experience!!

After months of deliberation, we had finally decided on the new 2022 updated Baleno Alpha AGS. The fact that a price hike was coming in as well by April 1st spurred us on to get the car as quickly as possible. And that's how a good friend of ours (Mr Vijay K) guided us to the Nexa showroom at Marathakkara.

I heard that you get a premium service at all Nexa showrooms, but this experience of ours really blew away our mind. Everyone from the man in charge of the entire showroom- Mr Dipil, to our SRM- Mr Levin were so professional and courteous to us. They really went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure our car was delivered to us at the earliest and also in tip top shape.

We never ever expected to take delivery of our car so quickly. I had given up hope on getting the car anytime soon due to the chip shortage and the whole pandemic and the Ukraine war affecting the supply chain miserably. But when I got the message from Mr Levin informing us that the car is enroute from Delhi - feeling of ecstasy would be an understatement for sure.

I must have exchanged at least a couple of hundred messages with Mr Levin as well as Mr Dipil and they were patient enough to clear all my nagging doubts and keep motivating me when things went wrong which were related either to the RTO or just things outside of anyone's control. At the end of the day though- they definitely underpromised and over delivered (in spades).

The delivery experience was a very warm and happy affair. The whole family was extremely pleased with the whole procedure.

To the team at Nexa marathakkara - you have made me a true blue believer in the Popular Nexa brand for life. Keep up the brilliant work and wish you all even more greater heights of success. God bless.

Bought ignis alpha fron popular nexa. From the beginning to end the support got from the side of staff was excellent. Staff was easily reachable through phone call all the time. Delivery was on time. I am extremely delighted with the service provided by NEXA team. Special thanks to our RM , Mrs. Swathy who helped us throughout the process with full patience. She explained all the formalities and the functions very well. Thanks for the excellent service!

Firstly I would like to thank and appreciate Relationship Manager Anoop PT for his timely support and for making my dream a reality with in the promised timeline. He is an outstanding team mate with true service and great knowledge. Excellent team work with professional approach makes the showroom one of the best. Though the vehicle industry was effected by the shortage of critical spares like semiconductors etc I got my car delivered on time.
One remark is regarding the higher cost of the accessories which might be the standard price in all the showrooms. I think it might be resolved in the near future.
Once again I would like to thank the entire team for giving me the opportunity to be the part of proud Nexa family and making the delivery event a memorable day in my life.

The overall experience was wonderful. I had booked for an S-cross and got the same delivered within a month. The team was very professional and well-versed to clear any doubts we had. Special mention to the hard work and dedication of our SRM, Mr. Levin and SE, Mrs. Swathy, who arranged everything from finance to accessories, without any hassles or hiccups. Delivery day was special with the entire staff being present there, with gifts and a cake cutting ceremony. I would definitely recommend to a friend or family looking to purchase a vehicle.

We had booked the vehicle for about four months so it was a bit late but we are very happy that the car is available before Onam. And the executive named Swathy has been cooperating with us very well so we are satisfied with your service.
