Sai service poothole thrissur

Purchased WagonR in February 2022 from Sai Service, Thrissur, Kerala. Good co-operation from the centre. It's very disappointing that there is a problem in the car itself that RAT CAN EASILY GO INSIDE THE A/C UNIT and spoiled very badly. It cost a lot to repair by the service centre. After spending huge amount, within 4 months, how is it possible to spend again? New Car should be protected by passing all these nuisance. It can happen next day of purchase also.

I gave my Maruti Swift here for service & ended up with a broken windshield. Worst part of it was that there was no support from them, even in terms of adjusting the labour fee. One would expect Sai service who pride themselves in being one of the best Maruti service center woulld do some sort of damage control in ensuring customer satisfaction. Sadly, that was not the case. While the overall service was done well, this response and their lack of ownership for something that happened under their care is not done. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend this service center to anyone else.

Very poor experience. No responsibility about new vehicle delivery. I just cancelled after waiting a long time.
