The reason why I'm giving 1 star is during a expo on 24 th December, I was checking out the grand vitara .. the sales man just closed the door when I opened it . This happened at night around 9 :30 pm , but the same guy was explaining nicely to everyone else and even let others check out the interiors. Never expected such rude behavior from a staff of nexa.

It was an amazing experience with NEXA , especially the prompt support and coordination of Mr. Vipin NV, Relationship Manager of NEXA Kokkalai, to arrange the timely delivery of the vehicle with a memorable handing over ceremony in the showroom, which is really appreciated. Thanks to NEXA Team.
