I have purchased renault kwid from here. The show room is a few km away from dhanbad city on GT road. Employees are of helping nature.

Maintenance of car is done on priority basis. Once or twice I contacted local mechanic👨‍🔧 for work like brake pad, etc. but came to the conclusion that work at Renault Show Room is far far better. So, I will strongly suggest to Renault valued customer to visit only show room. Once, you visit showroom or your costly 🚘 car reaches there, you are free from all doubts and you are ready to go for a long trip. As your all maintenance data is saved in computer, you need not bother what work is required to be done. So for a longer life of one's car, showroom is a better option.

I also expect from this show room employees to fulfil the expectations of valued customers today, tomorrow and always

I am very impressed to see the services at Renault Service centre at Dhanbad. Staffs were very helpful and expert at their work. They were explaining each details with great patience. If I talk about car performance after servicing, I was able to feel the change. Car started running very smoothly. I liked everything and hope they will continue the good work.

No body can care about the customer benefits its totally money minded business are going on... No customer executive can take care the customer as we think to..
Renault dhanbad not satisfactory.

For Budget car with less maintenance cost than Renault can be consider, Nice customer experience well behave staff with good product knowledge. Visited on weekends so less rush can be expected.
