Maruti Suzuki ARENA (Pebco Motors, Ghatsila, Powra)

Poor customer service. We went there for our car general servicing.
At reception counter the person said that workers are having lunch so we waited from 2:45 pm to 3:15 pm but there was no response from the team even after intimating them once.
Other staff members were busy in their gossips.
Sad & upset when we were leaving from the lobby, nobody even bothered to stop and enquire.

Worst service
Cleaning is also not done by them properly
They r taking extra money also in the name of different charge.
After objection they changed the bill.
But this is not acceptable.

Good and honest service people from MSIL. Had peace of mind with the service provided here. I took may Car for 2nd free service and they gave all time and attention needed. Didn't did anything in unnecessary hurry and heard me in detail. Took test drive pre and post service. Overall, was awesome experience. Most importantly, time management was great.
