Service is good but the staff is not very cooperative. They will talk to you nicely only for their benifit. When their work is done they will talk to in way that you never met before.
Mechanics in workshop are well experienced but unfortunately no one is satisfied with the salary even the forman.
You will find the sweeper mechanics and other people helping rather than the higher staff.

Be sure what accessories you need when you buy car from here.. they push hard to convince you.. ye b zaroori hai wo be zaroori hai.. matting 1 layer sufficient hoti hai, ye 2 layers chipkate hain😜😜

The sales staff is very good and energetic I love the nexa cars. But tur only thing bad about maruti is thr service cost everytime you have to pay more labour then parts.

It was a great experience with jamkash Srinagar staff. They are very humble and have a great amount of knowledge about their stuff..

Please check the underbody part of your card before taking the delivery of the car, because the drivers who bring cars from jammu to Srinagar drive roughly..

Got a call from them to schedule a free service and booked an appointment for a given time and when I get there I’m told I’m 41 in the queue. Why book an appointment if you’re not gonna honour it ? Went again another time and tell me that just the checkup is free everything else will need paying. Absolute lack of professionalism, No sense of urgency at all whatsoever. Putting the blame on Maruti Suzuki for arranging my appointment as if he spoke on behalf of Toyota. Joke of a workshop! Great scope for improvement.
