One of the worst showroom and irresponsible dealers ..they r totally fraud ..they cheated me with fake registration number ..I will file a case against them

Very poor service i book my appointments ten days ago when I came to today for my car service saying this oil is not avilable very bad i suggest top management should look into this once your customer is not happy I am sure Mr Ratan Tata will not be happy happy to have such employees working for his company with 150 years in service it is time to smell the cofee

Worst company....cannot give salary to his fresher employees also....company HR NAROTAM think that he was not a HR..he was god....he terminate me without any reason..nd also hold my salary without inform and without talk with me. He terminated me without any major reason and did not give me my salary...its a bad company...do not join fairdeal motors for your carrier

Whenever I've visited your showroom, I didn't find any receptionist there to guide me. They might need receptionist in there.

I rue the day i booked tata punch from Fairdeal motors jammu.Even after more than 3 months of booking not only i am subjected to deciept, backtracking on promises ,and empty promises, but also harassed, humilated and forced to recieve back my booking amount. One mr. Rakesh Shukla who booked my car is forcing me to take back the booking amount and cancel my booking. He openly threatens to cancell my booking and challanges me to apporoach who so ever i like to. I have proofs of his deciet mis behaviour and and adament attitude towads me. I approached manager mr katoch but his non cooperative behaviour gives me no hope. My booking of 22/10/2022 remains unhonoured even after 3 months contrary to the assurances. I demand an independent enquiry into the matter. I have all the records and proofs of the foul play with me and am open to an enquiry failing witch i sall be forced to take legal course.Seek justice through your medium. Wont compromise on my honour.

They are a bunch of arrogent distrustfull and unhelpfull running this show room. Manager is very arrogent and customers are treated in very bad manner. They don't bother to pay any heeds to your complains. They are a blot on tata motors and must be replaced

Had a very bad experience of the team fair deal motrs jammu.arrogent nd rudy are soft words to describe them.Dont bother about their customers.manager executes no confidence to his customers .wonder from where have you picked this team???.change the team if you wanna win or at least change the captain .hope some body pays heed to hapless consumers

As much as there are sales staff, all are sitting to rob the customer. I think Fairdeal does not pay salary to his employees only then he robs the customers.
