Services need to improve a lot.. Recently I went to Jamkash for regular vehicle checkup my slot was booked at 7am. I started early and reached 10 mins prior to the scheduled appointment. I was the first customer who actually entered in at that time, behind me there was 2 more vehicles and they called someone in front of me and said " that please do something''. And it was shocking too see how they allowed him servicing his car. I felt very bad as They don't value their customers and have totally mis management.

Dissatisfied about your service, its my life's 1st Mistake that i went to this garage and purchase a vehicle,very very poor quality management and service,poor customer service and visited allmost 10 times for a simple request but not resolved yet.
Its not not only about knowing theory its abt how practical u are.

No response from CRM team even 7 Complaint registered against that.

Suzuki means WAY TO HELL..
