I’m giving 1 review because I can’t proceed without it. The actual review is below:
We bought Virtus Topeline which had an offer on Service pack. Initially the staff was helpful they gave us the delivery on time. Later on we got a call saying that they have listed our vehicle as a Demo vehicle by mistake which will be removed in 3 months. Also they didn’t give us any service pack. To this date (2nd Feb 2023) our vehicle is listed as a Demo and they have still not given us any service pack. The staff who took the money in cash without any receipt has left the service centre and now the centre is saying there is no service pack request from us. They are denying that we ever took any service pack. Please don’t visit this service centre and if you do, do not pay any rupee without any receipt. You can mail me personally to know more as well. Such type of money fraud has happened to 3 customers including us.

Request everyone to visit the VW and feel the Volkswagen .
