Very much satisfying, the manager Mr sahil and sales man Mr Vivek they are amazing in their field the way they handle the customer is amazing and Mr Gorab paint and repair workshop is also very polite guy...

This people have not any respect on customer, i booked my car in March and till now there is not any update.
I heard there is not transparency and they take bribe.

Cooperative staff gatekeeper to GM level. All staff are helpful and polite

Sales guy(Shubham) is very good but there is one guy (Devender Or Mahender) who inspected my old car. Actually tried to trick me with the low cost.
Later I visited 3 different places & they offered very good price.
So, please beware of Shree Toyota Jammu.

Japanese SUV are best but the service provider are not good. They don't have necessary items like wiper, etc for fortuner. Staff is also irresponsible and unprofessional. Not satisfied at all
