Maruti Suzuki ARENA (Goyal Motors, Shimla, Taradevi)

Maruti Suzuki arena is nice place specially the worker is very cooperative . I am giving than a 3 * because I didn't get my new ertiga waiting period is very long it's about 6 months

What a great experience at gmpl Shimla. Everything is under one roof. Excellent services provided by whole team. Wishing all the best for future.

Upper hall where they sell cars is a nice place but once you have bought one and come for getting it serviced it's not a good experience considering the volume of sales they have the servicing area is congested.

If you go in with your car once coming out is like being stuck in a bad 🚦 traffic jam.

The customer lounge is not upto the mark like the one above, infact it doesn't even have a washroom, for which one has to go above one floor that too you will reach after a long walk.

So my advice is if you have to come here for servicing come without drinking too much water or you will be left running up and down and round and round. ⛔

Nice showroom and good location and i saw him grand vitara. Grand vitara is a very good looking car and feature wice is excilent.

nice showroom with amazing and well managed staff,......services provided by goyal motor and their staff are just amazing.

Poor service of goyal motors, i bought maruti dzire vxi in september and within 4 months car is showing check engine light and performance is very bad after buying a new car. After buying new car if someone is facing such problem and no one is taking responsibility for such issue.
I totally recommed Toyota for car service and other problems in car.. Poor service of goyal motors....
