Excellent service and good staff

Not satisfied with the service my front left door glass not working properly i specifically mentioned the prblm but they only care about payment they call it major service (40000kms) but it the only bill which had major amout not service at all

I sent my car Wagon R for Service in December last year. I was out of station at that time & after a month when I returned I was shocked to see that 4 tyres & rims had been changed from mycar. Only one set of tyre & it's rim was left original. I complained it to their GM service Col R C Rana but he was so adamant that he didn't agree to accept this misdeed in his workshop. I asked him to show CCTV footage of that day to trace the culprit but he declined citing unavailability of a month old recording with him. For my every query he had a false answer & a useless justification.
I raised the matter to GM Sales -North India (Panchkula) but that also proved to be futile exercise.
I know their mechanics had stolen 4 tyres of my car. I showed them old pictures of car with all silver rims & new pictures with 4 black rims & 1 silver rim.
I had worked in various placed & got car serviced in Noida, Gurgaon, Jaipur, Ludhiana but this was the worst Maruti workshop I had ever seen.
I will never visit this workshop again which have thieves & liars, where there is no system & seniors are totally irresponsible.
