Maruti suzuki Platinum motocorp service center in manesar is one of the worst service center i have ever seen, i recently visited this center for dent/paint work , initially service manager told me it is 1.5 days work but return my car in 3 days after multiple followups....he was constantly making false commitments to me...i tried to escalate the issue in center but no one in senior management from service center revert to me...after 3 day they return my car with multiple issue with empty petrol tank, parts not fitted properly , scratch on new paint and black marks on car body...while post service review i have this feedback then they approached me to fix it....this time I go to service center again and spend 3 hours but they were not able to fix the issue...they even do not have proper denter and painter .....i would suggest avoid this service center as they are unprofessional management team from top to bottom and non skilled technical staff....

I have purchased my new Wagon R VXI in Jul-2022 from Maruti Suzuki Arena Platinum Motor Corp IMT Manesar. All the staff members even the pantry boys are so coordinative specially my advisor Mr. Dheeraj Yadav gave me an excellent support from the first day when I raised a query to till the distribution of my Car’s Number Plate and RC. Well executives are well mannered but the availability is very low. You have to wait a longer period of time.

The location is very good as it is connected with the highway.
