Visited this showroom to check out Tata Punch. Place is good and maintained with nice supporting staff that attended me. Have taken a overview of car and took the test drive also. Tata punch is nice to drive in city with AMT version. Planning to have it in future...

First of all I don't like Tata cars. But day before yesterday my brother in law purchase new Tata Tigor I was surprised the car was fully functional and very tuff body compare to other companies car,I also saw Safari , hairiar and many more cars in this showroom.i really love Tata Cars now. when we going for delivery we booked another Tata Tigor for my friend. I love Tata Motors and I love Mr. honorable RATAN TATA JI.and offcourse thanks to Zedex Tata Motors Showroom Sohna road Gurugram, Haryana. And special thanks my Friend the Sales executive Ayush Kumar. My best wishes for All Tata Family.

TATA is one of the top Automobile companies in the world. I consider it India's No.1 in all facets. So far as the concerned of ZEDEX sec.48, GGM showroom is also awesome. All the employees are so cooperative and humble that I don't have words, the best services are there, on time, hassle free procedure and many more.....concludingly it is worth visiting. Moreover, our money is in our country. My life has changed since I associated withe the reputed group of Respectable and the most Honourable Chairman Sh. Ratan Tata ji. He is my icon. May Tata reign.

###Nice showroom. Fast delivery of vehicle. But beware of executive commitment before finalizing. I didnot get my door visor even after commitment and later there is nobody from support or even manager who is interested to resolve the issue

Tata Car's popularity and producta are doing fantastic job in bringing in customers to the showroom. It was great experience with the sales. Sales team is very responsive and courteous. I got the delivery on the promised deadline. I think pricing and freebies were also competitive compare to other peer showrooms.

I am taking 1 star away for few things which I do not want to mention as I am too much of a perfectionist and could be evaluating the experience on too much high parameters. Hope the team will improve on those. Me not mentioning it is all I can do as favor to the show room.

Overall experience have been great so far.

Pathetic place for buying cars, unprofessional people with zero knowledge of their own product. They gave the car with defected indicator lights and head lamps was also defected, I don't think they do PDI of my product, the sales person is so confused and they made us wait for 3 hour to repair the defected car even though after they couldn't repair it, they charged us for FASTtag but they gave us the car without FASTtag even I requested for that, they didn't give us key ring, car document holder pouch. After the delivery they say we refund you the FASTtag amount but we didn't receive any kind of notification or follow up for refund the FASTtag charges. I am very disappointed with the services of the showroom. You must treat your clients like people, since we are paying for the service.
