Maruti Suzuki ARENA (Modern Automobiles, Hisar, Vidyut Nagar)

Visited this place for service of my car. They attended well. But they will eat your whole day. Even after doing advance booking. At the time of booking they will assure you that it will just take 2 to 3 hours. But don’t trust them. Their washing takes all the time almost 2 to 3 hours and excuses will be staff is less and bla bla. I am not going to visit this place in future. They don’t care about customer service.

Pathetic irresponsible service as staff not aware of the facts & figures failed to deliver car after 10 days of completion of documents, even they are so eager that they have initiated insurance in the name of my firm which was also false, when i asked for reversing my money they said it will take 15 days
Never ever visit this drastic places

I visited here for the first service of my car which was a general checkup.
I had to wait a lot for the car wash, they are asking that it will take at least 2.5 hours. I don't think it is justified to wait for 2.5 hours for a car wash. So I asked them, will come later for washing. Rest everything was fine, you can get here maruti genuine accessories.
One suggestion:- If you are visiting, please try to visit in the early morning to avoid rush and a long queue.

Very poor maruti’s service centre. Never give ur car for service/repair else u will get more damage/scratch.

Staff is unprofessional and very rude. Wait times are high and quality of repair or car service is poor.if they do not have parts they get it from Salasar automobiles nearby.
