Body shop people running their own personal business of parts besides courtesy honda. Owner should look personally in this matter. These people looting there own company and customers. Would not recommend anyone to get your car fixed from courtesy honda body shop karnal. These people just know how to fill their own pockets. 👎

I had to visit in emergency as AC of my car had stopped working enroute my drive to Delhi. They attended well and solved the issue.

This is the worst Honda Dealership I have ever come across because of two major issues:

1. Service staff is incompetent, including service manager and service supervisors and the mechanics are downright rude. They don't even have the right engine oil for older cars, they put 0W20 engine oil in a car that requires 10w30.

My car's performance and mileage dropped drastically after their mess up.

2. They SELL your details to third party marketing agencies. I still get calls for credit cards, loans, etc., with the details that only these guys possess.

We were even scammed by a so-called-holiday company, thanks to Courtesy Honda Karnal selling our contact details along with which car we have.

I would not recommend anyone to visit this showroom.

Obviously emails to company seniors and complaint management at the higher levels gets you an apology but there is no change in how this dealership performs.

There all sales person are cheater and the management also not take any right decision against there employees 😡😡😡🤬🤬.... They are .......

Bcoz I purchased a new Honda amaze from courtesy honda .they take 4243.00 INR for accessories but they didn't give me even there a guys in sale he tooks all accessories from the company and when I speak there maneger he said we already released the accessories . Now we are not responsible for that. I will never recommend to anyone to buy from this dealer ship

This car dealership is situated in karnal on NH44 near PTC , Madhuban.Good ambiance. Mostly staff members are not very cooperative.Their behaviour is not professional. The promises done at time of sale of new car are not kept in due course of time. Unnecessary charges are taken during the routine service of the car. There is no improvement in the services of the agency in last one yeat

Had 2 Bad experiences with them.
Bought honda City 4th gen. On first inspection after a month I asked them to change engine oil on demand . I specifically told them to do it under my vision but they took my car to the cleaning area instead of service area and when I asked about oil change they told me that it's done.

Second experience - 1st proper oil change service - they didn't do allignment wheel balancing, I paid for superior quality oil but the guy used lower one. All this was seen by one cousin who himself is a budding mechanic . When he pointed out initially he was denying, then he admitted that he did all this

I don't know what to make out of all this, but beware before going there. Be vigilant.
