Top Class Service. Delivered my car next day after booking.

Was going to Srinagar and noticed noise from front breaks in my car. Called them and confirmed with the advisor twice that we have to leave for Srinagar and wants just pad replacement and if they can manage a quick service. the guy ask her to come, but when we reached, no one was there to attend, we asked around to find that service guy, and he was not at all interested to replace the part and asked us to wait for 15 mins and then mentioned that it will take atleast 2 hours. I mean if the service center cannot serve an emergency, I don't rate them high. When we went there with prior appointment, still we were not honoured. TATA, ab to sudhar jayo....and Metro motors, we are the same people who flagged off for kargil/leh from your showroom for 15th aug drive.

Worst experience of mine till now, as I saw the review of pavit who got the car the very next day after booking and I have booked the car on 5th March and still waiting for delivery. The executives have exactly no idea when they will deliver the car. Whenever I call they keep saying that your waiting period is not over. I have lot of trust on the brand but somewhat I feel that they misguided the customers by setting their own priorities. Let us see when Tata delivers Tiago CNG XT. Don't fake with the customers Metro Motors karnal(Haryana)

I just love the service , even we were traveling from a long distance got to get a checkup , we didn't have to wait in the queue maybe because we were not from the same city. 👍

He is so cooperative and helpfull.
Overall experience is very good.

Extremely poor service and worst customer service experience. Even 1 star should not be given but there is no other option.
