Extraordinarily pathetic service, please train your staff and service manager Siddharth to respond and provide services which are promised on time. Regretting purchasing my first car from this showroom. I would have paid 20k extra to get my car from Gurgaon instead. Not recommended to anyone.

Apart from Mr Ankit Mann, rest all of the staff (which I got in contact) is highly unprofessional with unpleasant behavior. Volkswagen needs to sort out its staff related issues or they might loose sales (if any) .

Had an decent 7500 check service experience for Taigun. Would have been better had they arranged the drop of the car coz reaching the VW karnal is quite inconvenient by public mode. It's just too far.

I visited here recently regarding the Volkswagen taigun, they explained the car minutely which is rare nowadays.
They are great and offer you the attractive price and understand your expectations.

Service is pathetic...they take 2 hours juss for a 10 mins work even when no other cars present for service...even staff kept on fooling juss half an hour half an hour ..for juss mere gear oil change they took 5-6 hours ..jus imaginee and that too even with prior appointment...request to vw india kinldy look into this matter .. its hard to go for ve car in future if we get services like this

Workshop Staff behavior is excellent. Service advisor Mr. Bittu & Ms. Sonia always recommend what's good for the vehicle and what's not. Mr. Bittu is extremely helpfull.
Sometimes spare parts take longer than expected to arrive but that's a problem with Volkswagen as whole, not only with this agency.

I am from Panipat and I can say this with guarantee that you will get best deal here as compared to Panipat showroom.
Ankit Maan deals very well and because of him, I always came here from Panipat because he will always get you the best deal :-) .

Polite staff wid good service advisor. U can trust this service station for original and genuine repair/spare parts.
