Arrogant people ...nonsense behaviour ..when you try to tell sum thing is wrong dey call it "aap to behes kar rahe ho"

Nothing special here.. Show room is under maintenance... U can't buy your dream duster here.

Staff here are not well trained. They try to persuade customer to get repaid done in vehicles with non-genuine parts without bill with very low cost. Not expected from staff of a reputed company.

Nice supporting staff here. And very good service here.

Services are not good.parts of vehicles are either not available or very expensive.I HV problem in Duster 4 by 4 that my car showing warning signal regarding exhaust gas .They scan the problem and told that ring of exhaust or haoze pipe is pressed due to which the joint in haoze pipe exhel oil droplets with hot gases.They told me that whole hoze pipe will change and cost around RS.17000+GST Separate ring not provided by Renault.To get it available take time till then your car will not run.When available we will recall you.This way the new car companies charge irrelivent money.They charged RS.650 with doing nothing.Spare in open market are rarely available.So customer compelled to purchase reguired item.Same problem in skoda spare.In my option one must look on Maruti segments whose mechanic and spare eaisly available
