Visited here for experiencing the Mighty MG Hector. Great car. Design is scintillating. Also, it's very spacious. It's loaded with lot of features so that driver can fully enjoy the ride. Coming to the showroom, ambience is very good and services offered are also very good!

Very bad experience at MG Showroom Makarba Sg highway. There is a person named Mr. Tiwari, he and his whole team takes booking money but if we cancel it, we dont get any response or calls from their side for refund. Even after 1 month today, we havent got refund and have to call everyday. Please dont buy Mg cars from them, it shows their attitude towarda their customers.

Dont even think to go to Mg showrooms as their manager, staff are least responsive and cooperative. They take money with free hand but if have to return, dont even care to respond even after 25 days. People will notice this and surely give you a bad response.

Please don't buy any cars from this outlet. We bought mg astor from mg makarba it
was terrible experience.

1. Service is really bad, we faced delays in every single things.
2. The price mentioned in bill are not matching with their supportive documents. We found it when we chacked the documents. we reached out to them many times and asked for documents. We didn't get any documents together, for every single document we called them like million times.
3. After getting documents when we matched with original bill again we found price mismatch and surprising thing people from mg didn't even know this thing, again what calling them and, now they are saying to give documents to adjust that money difference.
4. At the time of buying the sales paerson said to give few accessories for free and after that they took every signle penny for accessories.
5.Its been more a month we bougt a car, didn't get any update so we contacted to mg customer support, and guess what we found "no number changing request raised from there side".

Visited this showroom to experience as well as take delivery of the MG Astor. The staff here was very good and explained us all the features. The car itself is superb. Overall, I would recommend it.

updated review: if they actually did some work from their end they would actually get a feedback it was always me who had to call and follow up on payments refunds services the delivery agent was so much in a hurry to actually show features or the apps association with the car so today after 4 months am downloading the app to get the team to get my car serviced even though they have charged extra to "PROVIDE SERVICE"
