Tata Motors Cars Showroom - Pramukh Tata, Vapi

Loved the showroom theme. All cars were a delight to watch in the showroom. The staff was very polite and friendly. I got a change to ride the Nexon EV which I think was a great experience. In recent years Tata have build a great brand by introducing great models.

I had delivered the Tata Altroz car from Pramukh Tata automotive today. Their service is very good. Starting from car booking to the delivery of the car the concern person has very good communication and cooperation.

I m happy with car service but
Totally bad experience with insurance policies,.
Insurance team are not giving any ans with responsibility.
After renewal they are not bother to send documents even after call so many times.staff are not cooperating.
They are just making us full.
So,
It's a very bad experience.
Not expected that.
Suggest to all never buy car insurance from tata pramukh vapi.

All staff are well experienced, Specially Mr.Milan Machhi. His behaviour is very kind and cordial. He explained car features clearly. Excellent experience.

Employees do not keep their words.
Delays in delivery and other unnecessary guidelines are normal for them. Additionally, they only want to make profit, nothing else.
