I have book car and they told me to take 199000 cash and neet take delivery tomorrow now they told do not have time to take cash money from office they told me before booking

I would suggest not to purchase any car from here. The experience I had was horrific.

On the delivery date , the new car was not properly cleaned even. (Attached image of delivery date where you can clearly see at the bottom of the car window , there was much dust remained) How can someone ignore the cleanliness for a new car to be delivered to customer?

This is not only the single issue I had . The dealer/ engagement person was not having much professionalism. He lacks the processing knowledge to be delivered to customer. I believe there are some internal conflicts also going on between teams at the showroom.

I had issue with payment receipt which was not delivered on delivery date. Secondly fasttag was not delivered at the delivery date.

These all issues has been conveyed to the quality manager via their escalation matrix however there were no proper resolution received on this matter.

At the first service , they have tried to solve my issues related to cleaning of car. However this was much delayed and it was promised to me to look it as soon as after the delivery date.

The number plate which was delivered , they have declined to install it and told me that they will charge for this.

I am certainly raising this all concern to Maruti Suzuki .

I am not advertising here but last year my family member had purchased a car from another dealer situated at Anand under Maruti Suzuki however there is vast difference between the quality and service they have provided compare to the one I have received so far from Katariya.

I'm writing this after a month of my purchase for the new car .

I was booked my car brezza lxi from last 1 month....but till date was not delivered.... I dont know when suzuki will deliver my car...kataria was good...but suzuki did not gave car before 2 month from booking date...

Wrost customer service ever, requested for the call back to know the deal regarding new car, it's been a week haven't received any response from this guys

they took the car saying 10 min work for rectification of the issue.

I am being made wait and it is almost 2 hours, still the task not complete.
