I had a wonderful experience purchasing a used vehicle. The process was stress free and pleasant. The dealer was very thorough and knowledgeable. He was able to find me a vehicle that suited my needs.

I had bad experience while purchasing used Honda Brio. I was told I would be 3rd owner but when I received the RC smart card it clearly mentioned I am the 4th owner. Actually, it was my fault, I didn't check documents carefully trusting the words of the dealer's blindly. After paying the amount fully, the service gradually got poor and the poorest.
Even, the RC smart card mentioned only Petrol fuel whereas the car is both petrol and CNG. The insurance document bears incorrect name despite of my submitting correct requisite document.

And, now they are playing office office whenever I call them. In fact, the owner is not even picking my phone.
