Tata Motors Cars Showroom - Karnavati Motors, Naroda

I have been treated far better way while purchasing 20k smartphone but while purchasing 20lks cars no welcoming and taking care of us.Showroom has drastically failed to deliver car in promised time .and on the day of delivery they didn't even take care of ""muhurat"" time .We have done all rituals in washing area.
Never buy any car from this showroom and if you do take every notes in written
Never had bad experience while purchasing a new car.
Add in that karnavati showroom,naroda ahmedabad didn't provide selected number inspite of telling lots of time.
While purchasing 50 rupees sim we have lots of choice but in 20lks rupees car there is no choice that is ridiculous..

Please don't purchase a car from Karnavati at Naroda. No good behaviour after full payment. I found some issues in my car and they are not accepting it and behaving like customer doesn't have knowledge. Even I have not received committed accessories and still waiting for the bills for the same even after 8 days of car delivery. When I asked for bills the answer is " We are busy in company function".
Go to some other dealers and also get good discount from there with good support.

Big showroom enough staff to offer services and to ensure no customer left unattended. But it becames too hot inside as ventilation is not ample. They need to work on that and it is good place to check for tata cars.

I visited this showroom without any prior appointment, however Nobody would care if you want to purchase a vehicle from showroom or not. Staff behaviour and attitude reminded me "SBI lunch time" memes. They seems doing a permanent government job where they get the salary doing chit chat and presumably looking busy all time.

Anyway, after waiting 10-15 mins, one of the sales guy came to attend. He explained in details about car features. Given reasonable answers to all the queries with details. Only that thing make me give okay rating for the same. If there is no available showroom option around in that case we can visit this.

First impression is last impression. Sharing this reviews for all the new customers who are willin to visit this showroom. Simple advise please go to other tata showroom, but not this.

Visited this for getting a demo trial of tata punch amt. When their sales person try to insist take drive at home, i prefer to visit showroom. When you visit this showroom, their main process is to directly take photo of our license and their main aim is not to give you trial demo of vehicle because their team member dont know where is their vehicle gone. . . Really this is the most uncomman answer you expect and really feel worried that in this showroom theie watchmen is not available who can answer where the vehicle is gone.

This showroom dont know how to get response to a new customer. Just think if they dont able to give response to new customer, it feel really worried that this showroom dont get aftersales service for the same.

Taking this review for furthure legal actions & hope this showroom will get to learn from this day some manners. . .

Service overall is extremely good. The rates of car is also cheap than other showroom in our case. But there is a need of extra shade outside the showroom.

Bought a Tata Motor car on 2nd January and was told that your IRA service will start the next day. But as it was not possible, I called the salesman and told him that it will take 3 days to start, but the service has not started till 11th January. If it takes 10 days for such a service, then one has to think that if there is any problem inside the car, when will it be repaired? The price of the car is 13 lakh rupees. The model is NexonXZA +L . Vocals for local are making waves Dealer and Company
