I was Purchased Honda Amaze From Cartech Honda Naroda,It was Really Great Experience before & After Sales Service.Special Thanks to Mr.Amit Rai (Cartech Honda Naroda) listended to what i was looking for and helped me choose the right car for me, a Beautiful Honda Amaze.I would recommend him to people i know.

Bad response
They said parts comes after week.
There is no value of customer Times.
Parts rates are very high as compared to market.
So i request do not go
Car pick up service was good. They ensured checking car, taking pictures and sending details to service centre before taking it.
Though car was cleaned from within, the car brakes made a screeching sound after a few days of getting it. The gear system was smoother.
We wouldn't consider sending our car for service again here
Also service is not proper , Problem not solve & not Cleaning the Car.

This is a complaint regarding mis invoicing repeatedly by CARTEC HONDA PVT LTD, vasna,
ahmedabad india, survive partners of HONDA CARS india.
The incident is;
We received a service call from HONDA CARS requesting and reminding of our honda jazz car
service which was due. A pickup for service was agreed for 13/02/2023. Car was picked up from
my residence without any receipt, car was serviced and above invoice raised in name of mr
mushabber m contractor, mentioning gst number of my company as 24AABCC9985C1ZL, and
address of my company,
On request to kindly rectify the invoice name to my company, representative of cartec honda
refused to do so, reasoning being that invoice can be raised only on car RTO registration name
only and that it cannot be changed.
The same incident had happened 6 months back on august 12, 2022 when mr sumit patel from
cartec honda had assured to rectify the invoice and did not do it which was brought to our notice
by our accounts department on recurrence of the same misinvoicing issue, we can provide chat
details too.
The concerned person was adamant on not changing or rectifying the invoice ; NAME, GST
NUMBER, ADDRESS and started to talk in a foul tone and language out of context to this
matter.
The servicing company cartec honda did not return, deliver the vehicle till date (NOW).
This attitude and mis handling, fraudulent, false invoicing, non returning of vehicle reflects the
HONDA culture.
We will be compelled to take legal action.
They even don’t how what to do in 60 to 65 points covered in service
Also they only clean your cars
From this you feel they are doing good service of car 😡😡 highly disappointed
I will never send my car toh Cartec Honda naroda road branch
