Falcon Motors ( Tata Motors)

Very big negligence towards customer.
No good response. Since Nov 20 i want two parts spare parts for nexon xm. But till now i m just taking follow up......
In future i will never buy vehicle nor recommend anyone due to only no customer response not good.
Very disappointing....

On time delivery, Good service and cooperative staff. Thanks to Dhaval Barot and staff

currenty they are renovationg the whole showroom so no proper seating or showroom car not available to watch now..
otherwise staff is very helpful..

Untrained staff, It is running because of name TATA only... Nobody is listening your complain..

I purchased tata tiago CNG..
Request you all who read this review please check all documents and paper. They people expert to make you fool. Don't trust them for orally commitment.
Ones you make payment they doesn't take any responsibility.
Even they don't reply to any mails.
Executive behaviour is good.
But seniors are very rude.

Nice experience with Falcon Motors. Provide Delivery on Muhurt time with caution. Feel like they worried more than us to deliver as per Muhurt... When reach, HARRIER is Ready fully...
