Service of this showroom very pethetic, i bought new card before one year free service offered by company in the last free service guy asking for change oil, filter and other accessories, i agree to change it but when I take this car after service only wash it and given me with scretch on my car and when I called up that guy he said don't tell any one sir I will again service it and solve your problem but still 2.5 month no call from his side or kiran motor side, my suggestion is ple check when you service at kiran motor if possible change oil on your presence and check it at the time of delivery

I have some trouble about accessories of new alto k 10 but I vary thankful to Mr.Chetan ( Gen.manager,kiran motors ,Rajpathclub) for immediate resolving my problem related to accessories.
He is very active person in the showroom. I really very thankful to him.

They have charged so much service charge and like approx 4.8K, isse accha toh khud service ker lena chahiye service charge is approx 2400, then more charge like wheel alignment and all things he is charging more money my car suzuki baleno - 20K Kms he charging 10100 total cost, suzuki has just name that its cheap, in another review i am going to show bill photo. this service cennter doesnt deserves a one star also.

I had my 2nd visit to the showroom today regarding the purchase of Brezza. My 1st visit was decent and sales person was professional and humble.

Today, that sales person was having lunch when we reach at the showroom so we waited for ~20 mins which was absolutely fine. While we wait, someone senior from sales team joined us (I'd avoid publishing his name here) and started talking about the purchase and that's when the talk started to derail. He was rude, arrogant and even used few unnecessary abusive words (not to us). When the previous sales person returned back, he overshadowed him and since he was senior, the good sales person had to obey his senior.

The conversation was waste of time and as I quickly realized that, I left the showroom. Also, even though he was senior, he didn't know what kind of automatic transmission does Brezza has. I had to inform him that Brezza doesn't have AMT (Automatic Manual Transmission). He ended up confirming it with one of his juniors.

Pro tip: If you encounter this person at this location, please save yourself some time and ask for new sales person or just leave.
