મે ઓકટોબર ૨૦૧૮ માં ભરૂચ આવેલ રવિરત્નના મારૂતી શો રૂમ માંથી Wagon R CNG ગાડી રૂ. ૫૬૦૦૦૦ માં ખરીદ કરી. બે-ત્રણ માસ માં જ મારી ગાડી નુ પતરૂ સડવા લાગ્યુ મે ગાડી અંગે રવિરત્નના સવિઁસ સેન્ટર માં વાત કરતાં પહેંલા તો તેમને મને અંકલેશવરનુ વાતાવરણ ને જવાબદાર ગણાવી ગાડી કલર કરી આપવાની કહી રસ્ટીંગ પર કલર મારી આપ્યો. ફરી બે માસ બાદ ગાડીમા એજ સડો લાગવાનો પૃોબ્લેમ . ફરી કલર ચોપડો. આવુ લગભગ ૧૦-૧૨ વખત થયા બાદ રવિરત્ન માંથી Asian Paint ના Engineer ને બોલાવવા મા આવ્યા. Maruti ના કલર Asian Paint ના લગાવવા માં આવે છે . Asianpaint ધ્વારા ગાડી માં કલર નો ફોલ્ટ છે તેવુ તારણ કરવામાં આવ્યુ . અને રવિરત્ન ના રવીભાઈ ધ્વારા જણાવ્યુ કે તમારે ગાડી બદલવી હોય તો Rto Insurance ના રૂપીયા બાદ કરી તમને જે ગાડી જોઈએ તે લઈલો અથવા ગાડી માં કલર રીલેટેડ જે કાંઈ પૃોબલેમ્સ થશે તે રવિરત્ન ધ્વારા Free કરી આપશુ . આ અંગે રવિરત્ન ધ્વારા મને લેખીત બાંહેધરી પણ આપેલ છે . જેમ જેમ સમય વિત્યે એમના તેવર બદલાવા લાગ્યા . ૪ માસ પહેલા મે મારી Wagon R સવિઁસ મુકી તો ફકત Washing કરી મને આપવામાં આવી . ગાડી માં જે પૃોબલેમસ હતા તે તેવા જ હતા . અને કલર પર ના કાટ વિષે મે પૂછતા તેઓ એ જણાવ્યુ કે હવે અમે ના કરીએ. ૩ માસ થી લગાતાર દિલ્હી કંપલેન કરતા હમણાં ગાડી સવિઁસ માં લીધી અને Washing કરી ને આપેલ છે કલર પર લાગેલ કાટ ચોખ્ખી કાઢવાની ના પાડે છે .Maruti ની ગાડી ભંગાર આવે છે અથવા ભરૂચ Raviratna સેકન્ડ કે ડીફેકટ પીસ લાવી ને વેચાણ કરતા હોઈ તેવુ લાગે છે . ગાડી લેવી હોય તો સો વખત વિચારજો પછી તમારી મરજી. આ સાથે મને આપેલ લેટર સામેલ છે. કંઈ વધારે જાણવુ હોય તો મને મો નં ૯૨૨૭૧૩૫૭૧૩ પર કોલ કરો. શેર જરૂર કરશો
