MG Astor Ex. MT is not good choice if you wants to drive car on highway & Hills. Once it get stopped on slope, it is impossible ot ascend it. Acceleration on highway is also an issue. Difficult to expect good pick up once it is fully loaded.

Today is dhanteras and i came here for my mg hector car at 3 on time but the car is not ready till 4:30 ,every staff is ignoring when I ask the question . I told them even switch on led light where car is park but they refuse coz the car is too darty they fail to even clean properly. Staff if giving me funny funny answer coz of the mistakes. Please HR take care about this issue . I am not happy.

I thought that the like MG the kayakalp motors pvt. Ltd is committed to better customer service. The management and sales staff is not keen to keep the words. They are committed to sale only not to clarify the policies before sales and services. Call to the management also results into waste of time. They do as they wish. *I will suggest to buy MG products but not from Kayakalp Vadodara* I also suggest the MG to change or ammend the sales policy due to which a buyer has to move for 100 kms. whereas the nearer dealer is available at 40-45kms.

We got worst experience after 3 months of purchasing MG Hector. Before 10 days during moderate heavy rain in Vadodara. Our brand new Hector stuck up in Water and its engine got off. we urge for emergency help from MG we received after 4 hrs within city. Now it is in show room and we have to keep for repairing work and claimed insurance in 3 months only. And after days also they dint find proper solution.. and we are just waiting endlessly.. I urge to public do not buy this car as it is very delicate and not made for city riders... Dont waste money...

Thank you MG for giving us worst ever service after purchasing MG Hector as everything is not covered under warranty and anything could happen to car anytime without any reason like Steering lock, problem with clutch, problem with engine....means anything. and stander answer from MG side: Some time it may happens and it will not covered under warranty. Thank you very much.
