Showroom services center is good but selling department in very poor not good customer reply and all details not discussed with customer and customer service representative not good answering questions

If we talk about Tata salesmen.
His dealings are very nice.
But if we know about the service of Tata show room, it is a very bad service.
As such, there is no tea water facility, car accessories are very expensive. Which means it's about to be the most delusional time of the year, as well.
There is also no function to satisfy the customer on the last day of car delivery. I mean sweets, not just red cloth.
On the day of delivery, it is felt that the customer has no value.
