Good staff but not good car

Bad showroom in surat and all staff is bad because customers there coming who's handling responsiblity nothing any say and i purchased new tuv about exchange ertiga my loan process is completely but my old car payment is due it's not paying me then please can purchase a new car then go another showroom

I have no words to describe how smooth and effortless the process was, all staff members were really helpful.My inquiry, doubts were evenly iron out by team and explained me all the main terms and condition with ease, and my XUV300 was delivered before i excepted.

Dont go for this dealer because they are only there to sale the products. No one is there to take care of any queries raised by the customer.
They have not provided a 2nd key for a car XUV 300 which we had a purchase 7 months ago. As per commitment it should be given within month but till date no one is bother to answer about it. Moreover anything we tell to dealer, he ask to tell at workshop and at workshop they ask to tell the dealer. This marrygo round continues till you dont get frustrated and stop calling them.

Purchased SUV 300 nice car. Comfortable, and lauxary.
Staff behaviour is good but not up to satisfy.

Asked details about Mahindra Thar but given very brief information.

Worst experience in my life.. It was my very bad decision that I go with this dealer..
I strongly recommend that don't choose this dealer arvany cost. Otherwise you will be cheated

#XUV7OO is an amazing car, folks must try once before switching to an another company.
