I am writing this email to give you a feedback and do complaint for Pramukh Tata showroom of your group for very bad service experience at the time of delivery. I took the delivery of Tata Nexon EV on 4th April. Car was not wash and polished properly, there were scratches on the body, there were white spot on body as well, not good explanation of product at that time and received non acceptable answer from your team member while complaint about car condition. So I am very disappointed with your company services. I have raised complaint to Tata Motors, Tata group and also to Ratan tata on twitter, email, toll-free. I have also given google from feed back in your showroom. Please go through that as well.
I didn’t complaint on time of delivery because I believe that no fight when your are good thing. I was in no mood of rejecting delivery of car on Monday because of the bad experience though I took it. I complaint to your senior member in EV team about this but no one called up or took action, so I have to visit your showroom. Is this how your treat your customer. You are making money or able to provide employment because of the customers who purchased cars from you. People are buying car not because of your name , they are buying because of the name TATA. So improve your service quality and standard otherwise you will be out of business.
I handed invoices in cover, which showroom do that. You don’t even want to spend money on folder. Even I got only 1 single key. Even after reading this email if I didn’t received the call from senior or management for take on situation, you should close down your business. Even I am also doing business , I took all feedback suggestion from all clients whether it is a small or HNI client and try to implement it.
